PLEASE NOTE the following terms and conditions:

• Products are subject to availability.
• 2026 Catalog Prices can be found on www.promega.com/catalog as of 1 January 2026. Here you can find an updated overview of (new) products and prices. For products indicated with "Pls. Enq.", please contact the customer service department.
• Freight charges from 1 January 2026:
• Sweden - Iceland
• 250 SEK ice charge will be added to all orders sent on gel or dry ice.
• 500 SEK freight charge is applied to orders under 9 000 SEK.
• Denmark
• 200 DKK ice charge will be added to all orders sent on gel or dry ice.
• 400 DKK freight charge is applied to orders under 7 200 DKK.
• Finland - Estonia
• €25 ice charge will be added to all orders sent on gel or dry ice.
• €53 freight charge is applied to orders under € 950.
• Norway
• 250 NOK ice charge will be added to orders sent on gel or dry ice.
• 500 NOK freight charge is applied to orders under 10 000 NOK.
• Åland, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Svalbard
• For shippping costs and a quote, please contact your account manager.
• Exports to non-EU countries are exempt from Sweden. The customer must pay customs costs and VAT in the recipient country.
• Kindly consider the longer delivery times to your location. 
• Promega Helix replenishment shipments are excluded from handling fees (how to become a Helix Pass Holders).
• Returns: Because of the high sensitivity of our products, we are not able to accept all returns. Our commitment to product quality and superior performance prevents us from reselling returned goods. If you would like to initiate a return, we ask that you secure a return authorization by contacting Promega Biotech. In instances of purchasing errors, we are unable to accept the return of products.
• All prices are excluding VAT.
• Prices in Sweden and Iceland are quoted in SEK.
• Prices in Denmark and Faroe Islands (Incl. Geenland) are quoted in DKK.
• Prices in Estonia and Finland (Incl. Åland) are quoted in Euro.
• Prices in Norway (Incl. Svalbard) are quoted in NOK.
• Invoices need to be paid in the currency they are issued in. When invoices are paid in the wrong currency, we will notify you and charge or reimburse the currency variance of that transaction. Upon repeating payments of invoices in the wrong currency we may charge an administration fee of 100 Euro, 800 DKK, 1000 NOK, or 1000 SEK depending on your invoiced currency.
• Payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Exports to non-EU countries are exempt from Sweden. The customer must pay customs costs and VAT in the recipient country.
• On promotions, special offers and campaigns, the Promotions Terms and Conditions are applicable.
• When viewing, accessing, or otherwise using any website owned by Promega Corporation or its affiliates, the Website Terms of Use are applicable.
