Anti-HaloTag® Monoclonal Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody raised against the HaloTag® protein, which can be used to detect HaloTag® fusion proteins by Western blotting. The HaloTag® platform addresses the need for flexibility in functional protein analysis for cell imaging, protein purification and protein pull-down applications. Application: Immunological detection of intact HaloTag® fusion proteins, specifically for Western blotting purposes. The suggested working dilution for Western blotting is 1:1,000 in PBS.
